Heart Change Ministries’ goal is to come alongside women in crisis and to encourage them to be the women that God created them to be. The mission is not only to the women, but to the children entrusted to them. The desire is to disciple these new and future believers and to walk alongside them as mothers should, as Christ tells us to in the great commission—to make disciples of all nations.
